How to adjust the optical axis of binoculars?
Leave a message
To adjust the optical axis of binoculars, please refer to the following steps:
1. Confirm that the base axis of the telescope is in good condition, adjust the right diopter adjustment ring to the middle of the adjustment range, return it to zero, and turn the focusing handwheel to make the green image the clearest.
2. Adjust the mechanical mechanism of the left optical system so that the yellow image is in the clearest state like the green image, and then lock the adjusted mechanism on the left.
3. Generally, each lens barrel has three adjustment screws, evenly distributed along the circumference. When any adjustment screw is loosened, the image position will change, but if it is tightened, the image may not return to its original position. This adjustment process requires trial and error until the image appears clearest in both directions of the telescope. This process requires a certain amount of patience and care.
